To reserve a time slot with an instructor, training fees must be paid in advance for sessions scheduled.  
If it is necessary for a client to cancel a session the instructor must be notified 12 hours prior to the session. Failure to do so will result in the client being charged for that session 
   We understand that there are certain situations that are inevitable.  It is the final discretion of the trainer whether to charge or dismiss a session.  A session can be rescheduled for a more convenient time provided your trainer has a time slot available.
