MEET OUR TRAINERS

Jaime LaCroix

As an athlete since the age of 6, Jaime found her love of athletics and staying in shape   early in life. From little leagues into high school sports, this interest carried her into college to continue her education in Kinesiology and Biomechanics. When she got out of school she became a personal trainer in 2000 in a fitness center and by 2006 became the owner/trainer of BODYCORE Personal Training center along side Missy.
Jaime has trained men and women from ages 13-75, designing long and short term programs for weight loss, muscle strength and gains, and endurance.
Her passion for working out led her to compete in her first fitness show in 2003. She placed fourth in her first show and 1st place in the second competition that she entered.
At the beginning of the next year, she had her first son then, 22 months later the second son.
These days Jaime spends time with her family.  She manages staying in shape as a busy mom and business owner. She is able to find the balance between eating right and working out as part of an everyday routine to stay healthy.  She enjoys helping her clients to achieve their goals and find that balance in their lives.
She would love to help you get started on that healthy lifestyle you are looking for.
